The Robert Carre Trust was established as a Multi Academy Trust on 1st September 2015 by Carre's Grammar School to improve and impact positively upon the lives and educational experiences for a greater number of young people in the local community and, by increased collaboration working with other schools, to provide an improved educational experience for its own students in a diverse number of areas such as collaboration for better teaching and learning, an enhanced and engaging curriculum, staff development, finance and human resources, legal services, school improvement structures and governance arrangements.

Vacancy - Peripatetic Music Teaching


Kesteven and Sleaford High School have a vacancy/vacancies for a self-employed peripatetic teacher of piano and violin with immediate effect due to the retirement of our previous teacher. If you are interested in working with bright, keen students who want to learn or improve their performance skills please do send us your  C.V. or make contact with Helen.Gill@kshs.uk to discuss the post. Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate previous experience of supporting young people, an ability to enthuse their pupils and a commitment to providing regular lessons as well as supporting school music performance events. Hours vary depending on parental take up of lessons but we are currently looking for 4 hours keyboard/piano per week and 30 minutes Violin per week, scheduled flexibly during the school day.
